Thai Iced Tea

Our low carb Thai Iced tea utilizes a winning combination of caffeine, sweetness, cream, and spice to deliver a delicious use for our Keto Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk.

  • 8 tbsp thai tea blend (I use heaping tablespoons. More is better here.)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk (divided into two 1/4 cup portions)
  • 8 drops stevia glycerite (used four drops in each serving)


  • 2 microwave-safe large mugs
  • ice to fill the two large mugs
  • small pot
  • strainer


  1. Bring the water to a full boil in the pot. Add the tea and cover with a lid to steep for 10 minutes. Strain the loose tea leaves from the brewed tea.
  2. Splut the sweetened condensed coconut milk between two mugs. Microwave for 20 seconds on high to melt the sweetened condensed milk and re-dissolve the sweetener. Stir briefly to mix.
  3. Add ice to fill each glass and fill with tea. Stir and taste. Add the stevia glycerite if you feel it needs it at this point to taste. Enjoy.

Recipe Notes

You will have a little iced tea left over. Just cover and refrigerate until you are ready to use it. It will obviously need less ice when cold.
