Ingredients

Drink

  • 6 ounces extra dry hard apple cider (store bought is ok, but make sure it is low sugar)
  • 1 1/2 ounce reposado tequila
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice (about half a medium lime)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol (it helps to powder it in a spice grinder)
  • 4 drops stevia glycerite

Sweetened Rim

  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all the drink ingredients in a bowl and allow to steep for 20 minutes in the fridge to allow the cinnamon to meld and infuse the drink.
  2. While the drink is infusing in the fridge, mix together the erythritol and cinnamon for the sweetened rim, placing it in a small, shallow dish. Moisten the rim of the serving glass and then dip it in the erythritol/cinnamon mixture. Let the glass dry while the drink finishes infusing.
  3. Fill your glass with ice and pour the drink.
