Keto Cranberry Sauce

  1. Place dried hibiscus into your steeping container.
  2. Peel ginger and cut into matchsticks. Place into the container with the dried hibiscus.
  3. Zest the oranges and add to the container with the hibiscus and ginger.
  4. Heat water to a boil and add to the steeping container. Cover and rest for an hour.
  5. Strain the liquid, reserving about a half cup. Bring the rest to a fast simmer.
  6. Bloom the gelatin in the half cup of reserved liquid and mix thoroughly.
  7. Add the simmering remainder of the infusion liquid and mix. Pour into your mold or molds and chill for at least four hours and preferably overnight.
