I just started low carb and have 150 lbs to lose for my health, both physically and emotionally. I need one place to find recipes to turn to after working all day and am exhausted (I am a social worker).

I’ve been doing the Keto diet for about 5 months now & find that it is not only helping me to lose weight but brain fog also. This would help me in finding recipes & sharing with my family, who are totally supportive of my dietary changes. TIA

I started low-carb eating (if you can call it that) almost 18 years ago when recipes were nothing more than egg and cheese concoctions in some quantity or another. I was “green beaned” to death. And was seriously beginning to look at the “egg” as a mortal weapon. It was so incredibly boring after only 2 – 3 weeks. Over and over again, I started and stopped, but it didn’t get better. Then there was Carolyn. I “camp out” at Carolyn’s site. My husband cannot wait for me to fix some new find. Trouble is – I cannot make the recipe by looking at my Kindle or my phone. Too small for these tired old eyes. SO I print out the recipe. I have pages and pages. LOL It takes me almost as long to find the recipe I am looking for as it does to make it. I would LOVE to have her recipes and marvelous pictures right in front of me and with an INDEX!! Imagine that?? Thank you for this fun opportunity. Whether I win it or not – it was a super thing for you to do!

I have been a keto-aholic for almost 2.5 years now. I LOVE Carolyn Ketchum’s recipes and have suggested her site to countless friends! I need to win this book to free up some space on my google favorites! I have so many of her recipes saved on my favorites tab I have to scroll and scroll and scroll to look at them all! If I had the book I would have all of her amazing recipes at my fingertips! (I had never heard of Low Carb Papa before….looking forward to stalking your page as well!).

I love the low carb/keto life style. I don’t personally have any underlying issues that brought me to this way of eating but they do run in the family. I don’t want to be burdened by medications or frequent doctor visits so I’m trying to get ahead of it by concentrating on real foods as my medicine and I feel so much better for it.

I am a stay at home mom of two little toddlers and it’s often hard to find time to make yummy food for my husband and I. I began keto 5 months ago and love it so far but I would love to try new and exciting recipes for us.
This sounds like an amazing cook book to have

I have been eating LCHF for about six months. Not a significant weight loss (15 lb) but several ‘non-scale victories’. Like the reduction of a swelling on my achilles tendon by 2/3. And no more sleepless nights!
I love to cook and try new recipes. I love Carolyn’s recipes. lol…and yours! Burnt Bacon Ends anyone? ?

I’ve been on keto since Jan 2017 and have lost 85 lbs so far. I have 120 more to go. This seems so daunting but I love how the keto lifestyle makes me feel. I have been overweight for most of my adult life (20+ yrs) and have lost weight with other diets (& gained the weight back & more) but nothing has been as easy as keto!

I would love to win the cookbook as it would give me new recipes to keep me going!

I’d love to win this to pass to my daughter who has PCOS and doesn’t know how to cook low carb meals. I think this would be much better for her than me moving in to do the cooking. I mean can you imagine your mom having to move in with you just so you don’t have to learn to cook?

I just got engaged to a man who accepts me the way I am. I am very new to this way of eating, but I feel I owe it to both of us to be a healthier me. We’re taking this journey together, and it would be so awesome to win and have some outside help. After all, who doesn’t want a beautifully radiant bride standing next to them at the altar? Thanks.

I am interested in learning as much as I possible can about following the ketogenic way of eating correctly so I can use the information to better help myself and others improve and change their lives forever. I would love to win this book but then I would pass it on to my sister, Wendi Baker. She lives so very far away from me that each time she reached for it she would think of me. She had been following this new path in her life since January and is reaping the benefits. Oh did I mention I love my baby sister??

I’ve been following the keto woe for almost a year now and have lost 40lbs. Slow and steady is the way to go! Between your recipes (bacon burnt ends RULE!) And Caolyn’s recipes ( Best of keto recipe posts rock!) I have been able to stick to this WOE and feed my picky non keto family!

MEAT, MEAT,MEAT,MEAT……I love it. My problem is I like potatoes and other high carb foods too. I need this book to help me make good substitutions in order to get my diet in check. I am borderline diabetic and I know if I can get myself into Ketosis, this will help me. So, I believe Everyday Ketogenic Kitchen will be the answer for me. Lol, I already have one aspect down,,,, MEAT!…thank you!

Oh, how grand this would be! I have, so far, dumped over 125 pounds on Keto, and “only” have another 85-90 to go, depending on what my senior body can do. This book would be God-send, as additonal help and support.

I am out of the country for the next 6 months; but I return in March (only 6 months away), so of course I have a USA address. Oh, yes, please!

But CONGRATS to whomever wins; they will be ever so lucky!

I’ve lost 113 lbs on low carb and have about 20 more to lose. I’m always on the look out for more low carb and/or Keto recipes. This is a way of life now, so I need more recipes. My husband has also lost 100 lbs and no longer has to take insulin for his diabetes or his high pressure meds.

I lost about 50 pounds on keto…went through some stuff and regained most of it. I’m struggling to regain my footing for my slowly improving health (I spent 10 weeks in the hospital in 2015 and lost over 100 pounds during that time), for. Myself and my family. I have plenty of cookbooksbut no keto ones. Even more Inspiration would be a big help!

I found Carolyn in April while sitting in my husband’s hospital room after he had 5 bypasses and an aortic valve replacement. He also has diabetes! I had always thought I was a very healthy cook, but was I surprised to learn that I had been contributing to his problems by being a product of the low fat era. I was shocked when I started looking at Carolyn’s great recipes and researching the low carb/ keto woe! I pledged to change both of our diets to rid them of processed foods, sugar, etc and eat clean. He has recovered nicely and I have lost 30 pounds! I need Carolyn’s cookbook to continue our journey. BTW your babies are precious Low Carb Dad!
